Once you have created an email template, you can configure the triggers that will cause the email you crafted to get sent to your customers.

In order to do so, you need to create an Email Campaign by following the below steps:

  1. Select Email Campaigns from the Email Auto Responder menu.
  2. Click the 'Add Email Campaign' button to add a new email campaign, or click the (edit) button under the Action column to edit an existing campaign.
  3. Edit the email campaign sections to achieve the desired functionality. See below description for each one of the fields.
  4. Click the 'Save' button to save your settings and 'Exit' to exit the page.

Edit email campaign

  • Campaign Name: Provide a name for your campaign. This name is only visible in Sellegr8 and your customers won't see it.
  • Email template: Select the email template that will be used in the campaign.
  • Must come after: Selecting a campaign from this list will ensure that the emails of the campaign will only be sent if the 'Must come after' campaign emails were already been sent. This is useful when you want to make sure your emails are sequential and being sent in a specific order.
  • Marketplaces: Select the marketplaces this campaign will use or leave empty if you wish the campaign to run on all of your marketplaces.
  • Status: Use this field to enable or disable your campaign. Disabled campaigns won't send any emails to customers.

Target orders

  • Order Status: Select the order status event that will trigger the sending of an email in this campaign
    • All items delivered: The email template will be used to send an email once all the items in an order are delivered to the customer
    • First item shipped: The email template will be used to send an email once the first item in an order is shipped
    • Order had a refund: The email template will be used to send an email once an order is refunded.
  • Exclude: Select specific events that will override the Order Status settings and will prevent an order from sending emails to customers
    • Orders with refunds: In case an order is being refunded by the time the order status changes, an email won't be sent for this order if this option is selected.
    • Orders with late shipment: In case an order is not meeting the shipping promise to the customer, an email won't be sent for this order if this option is selected.

Schedule

  • Send Emails: Use the drop-downs in this section to set when exactly to send the emails to your customers once a campaign is being triggered
