If your sales volume or number of SKUs exceed your plan's limit, growth charges will be applied to your invoice:
Sales volume growth charge
We realize your order volume may fluctuate above the order limit for your plan at times.
If this happens, you will be charged the price of the plan that matches your order volume for the month that your order limit was exceeded.
For example, if you are subscribed to the Starter plan, with a limit of 250 orders/month, and had 300 orders in a month, for this month, we will charge you the price of the Growth plan (up to 750 orders/month).
If you are already subscribed to the highest plan available, we will calculate the difference between your orders and the plan's order limit and will charge you $20 for every 1000 orders (or part of them) above the plan's limit.
For example, if you are subscribed to the Scale plan, with a limit of 2,500 orders/month, and had 3,900 orders in a month, for this month we will charge you an additional 2 x $20 = $40.
- We'll never add any additional penalty fees just because you went over your plan.
- If this begins to occur frequently, it's totally up to you to decide if you want to upgrade to the plan that best matches your order volume.
If you're not ready to choose a higher plan tier just yet, you can stay on the plan you have, but you will see the growth charge any time you go over your plan's monthly order limit.
SKUs growth charge
All Sellegr8 plans come with support of up to 2,000 SKUs.
If you have more than 2,000 published SKUs in your account, a growth charge of $10 per 1,000 additional SKUs (or part of) will get added to your invoice.
For example, if you have 3,775 SKUs, you will be charged an additional 2 x $10 = $20/month for as long as you exceed the 2,000 SKUs limit.
