The following are some frequently asked questions about the Sellegr8 Refer & Earn program:


How does it work?

Refer your friends and get a discount towards your next 12 subscription payments for every referral you make (as long as both of you are subscribed to a paid plan).
Your referrals will get a discount for their first month when they subscribe with your referral link.

Sellegr8 Earn & Buy program uses cookies to track sales generated by your link. Our tracking cookie will remain valid for 30 days. 



When will I receive the discount?

Once the person you referred has subscribed to a paid plan, the discount will be added to your account on the 1st day of the following month and will be reflected in the next invoice. 


For example:

You referred your friend on September 3rd and they subscribed to a paid plan on September 17th. The discount will be added to your account on October 1st and you will pay less on your next billing cycle (the October invoice).



How can I track the status of my referrals and payouts?

What happens if someone I referred cancels their Sellegr8 subscription?

If someone you referred cancels their subscription you will stop getting the referral discount for that person.



Can I redeem my credits as cash?

Unfortunately, we can only provide credits towards your monthly subscription.



What happens if I stop my Sellegr8 subscription?

All your future credits will expire.



Can I transfer my credits to someone else?

The credits are personal and can only be applied towards your future subscription payments.



What is the maximum monthly discount? What happens if I exceed it?

The maximum monthly discount equals to your monthly payment, meaning we will not be able to pay you back more than you pay for the Sellegr8 subscription at any given month.

If you are eligible for a discount that is higher than your monthly subscription,  we will maintain the balance we owe you and apply the discount as soon as one of the previous discounts expires, so nothing gets lost it's just delayed.


For example:

  • Your monthly subscription is $37/month and you referred 6 customers on February 1st, each referral has a $7 discount incentive towards your monthly subscription.
  • Since we can't apply more than $37 each month, you will get a $35/month discount towards the first 5 referrals you made (5x$7=$35) for the next 12 months or until they cancel (whichever comes first) and we will record the remaining $7/month discount for future reimbursement.
  • On March 1st, one of your referrals canceled their subscription. You will not get the $7 discount for that customer anymore, but now we will be able to add the discount for the 6th referral for the next 12 months or until they cancel (whichever comes first).



I referred someone but didn't get a discount - what should I do?

Not a problem, just shoot us an email to support@sellegr8.com with the details of the person you referred and we'll make it right.



I referred someone to Sellegr8 in the past but didn't use the referral link. Can I still get a discount?
The Refer & Earn program was launched on January 4th, 2021. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept referrals that were made before that date. If you are referring someone to Sellegr8 after that date, make sure they use your referral link for us to be able to credit you.



Can I get paid instead of getting a discount?

If you had referred to us at least 3 customers in the past and own an eCommerce audience, you can apply to join the Sellegr8 Affiliates Program and send your audience our way to generate income. Being a Sellegr8 affiliate is a great way to generate interest with an existing eCommerce audience who may not yet be aware of the Walmart opportunity.
