Sellegr8  automatically imports the reconciliation report from Walmart whenever a new report becomes available by Walmart via their API (which happens usually once/every other week).

This allows Sellegr8 to automatically fetch the WFS fees, advertisement fees and other fees and reimbursements in your account, which leads to a more accurate Financial data that is displaying in the dashboards.

If you are working with another fulfillment service (e.g. ShipStation, Deliverr, etc.) or need quicker updates to the dashboards (i.e. quicker than the weekly updates Walmart is providing through their API), you can import a CSV file with your fulfillment costs details to allow Sellegr8 to calculate your business' profitability.

To create a CSV with your transactions details:

  1. Click the 'Get Template' button to download an empty CSV template
  2. Add the details to the CSV and save it (make sure not to change the column titles)
  3. Click the 'Import' button and select the file you updated

If you're using Walmart Fulfilment Services, you can download the "Settlement Report" from Walmart Seller Central.

Once you obtain the report, click the 'Import' button and upload it.

After downloading the report, make sure that it contains the following columns:

  • TrackingNumber

Alternatively, you can create a custom report with the above columns.
