The Keywords Tracker allows you to track keyword positions for your products across Walmart.com.


Manually updating a large number of products and keywords can be tedious. Instead, you can bulk upload this data using a CSV file. This method also lets you add/delete keyword and update tags.


To bulk update products and keywords:

  1. Download the "bulk_keywords_template.csv" file attached at the bottom of this page. This serves as an import template.
  2. Open the CSV file and fill in the details as shown below:
    1. Product ID - The product ID displayed on Walmart.com. See [this article] for instructions on finding Walmart product IDs.
    2. Keyword - The specific keyword or search query to track for the product
    3. Tags (optional) - Optional tags for searching and filtering keywords later. Enter multiple tags in double quotes separated by commas. For example: "honda, automotive"
    4. Sample Rate - How many times a day would you like to check for the keywords ranking. Each sample consumes 1 credit. Supported values are: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12 and 24. 
    5. Delete? (optional) - If you wish to delete a keyword, type yes in this column
  3. Once finished, click "Import Keywords" in the top right of the Keywords Tracker page.
  4. Select your edited CSV file to upload the products and keywords to Sellegr8.
